Comprehensive Housing Counseling

The Comprehensive Housing Counseling Program provides no cost/free housing counseling for San Diego homeowners to help them navigate Federal (Making Home Affordable), State (Keep Your Home California) and lender loan modification programs to prevent delinquency/default and foreclose due to personal financial hardships.  Bayside is a full service housing counseling agency that will represent your best interests before your lender from beginning to end (application to resolution).

The First Time Homebuyer program provides an 8 hour education class that issues certificates of completion that qualify potential homebuyers for down payment and/or closing cost assistance from local or state programs for purchasing a home.

In both housing counseling services, Bayside provides one-on-one counseling, as well as group counseling.
