Tom Huynh has been practicing Tai chi since 2003, and learned the ancient art from master Zeng who is still teaching at the age of 85. Taiji (Tai chi) is a healing martial art that combines many martial arts movements with Qi (energy), circulation, breathing and stretching techniques. The experience of hundreds of years has shown that practicing Tai chi can improve one's health, reduce tension, improve memory, and help in a number of diseases such as high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, stomach ailments, heart problems and nervousness. For many people, physical strength, flexibility and balance are achieved in a short time. Tai chi is well suitable for the elderly and people with health conditions.
