The Piano Classes provide an opportunity for community members to learn and perform piano music.  This class is open to all levels.  Come check out a class and learn a new song or two!

Instructor

Hal Jellison has always had a love for music. After serving 26 years as a Marine officer, he earned two graduate degrees and became a band high school teacher. While a student, he played piano in jazz bands at Mesa College and San Diego State University. Subsequently he played piano in nine local area concert bands. For the last 16 years, Hal has been an adjunct professor of San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) Continuing Education, where he has taught two piano classes and “Music Experiences for Older Adults” in various convalescent settings.

Participation is free and newcomers are welcome. Class is open to students from beginning to advanced.  Offered through San Diego Continuing Education.
